We started UserFace.com because what years of software developing has taught us is that the only way to improve your services is listening to your clients.
Most of the time is very hard to keep track of what your customers are asking. You find comments in twitter, facebook, email, sometimes in your chat system and throughout the internet. We created simple surveys that will appear in your website and will get everything your customer wants you to know.
Surveys weren't enough. So we developed public roadmaps and changelog. You can share with your customers where you are going and whenever you made a change or finish any task.
